Disciplinary Procedures
If a member of our website has demonstrated he or she cannot behave, the member will initially have his/her profile banned and will eventually LOSE his or her username.
These procedures are only meant to be rough guidelines, as each profile, board, and content situation is different and may require other measures to ensure the community orientation of the site.
Our moderators can't be everywhere at once. Therefore, if you witness actions in boards, or other areas that you believe harms a guest, damages our website, or violates our team or some third-party's rights, please make a note of the time/place where the event occurred and contact a staff member or site admin immediately. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Any membership subscriptions acquired on this website are non-refundable and cannot be transferred unless stated otherwise. Should specific membership subscription provide access to other products and services, such products and services will be dealt with under their specific product license.
Membership subscriptions give access to personal, non-automated, support services in our forums which are subject to our best efforts to that they receive a reply within a reasonable response times.
PRICES AND TAXES
Prices displayed do not include sales taxes VAT. For sales in the EU to individual customers, the usual VAT rate (in Poland 23% in 2021) is added at checkout time to the total and our VAT number is displayed on the invoice printable after payment. - The provided prices are net (without VAT).
You will pay VAT if:

- You have a valid EU VAT ID, but you're from Poland (so from we are too)
You will NOT pay VAT if:

- You're from the EU but not from Poland, and you have valid EU VAT ID*
PROMOTIONS
Any offered promotions and coupons are valid only during the period of the promotion and may be subject to additional conditions and availability. Coupons must be entered before payment, and cannot be redeemed or refunded after payment. All offers are non-binding and website operator reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
DELIVERY POLICY
For digital goods: Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased. If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
For services: Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon performance of the services.

COMPLAINTS
Any technical problems, irregularities in the operation of the store or purchased products should be reported in the contact form or via the e-mail address provided in the contact menu. Applications may be sent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but will be considered during the working hours of the Store's office, i.e. from 9:00 to 17:00 on business days. The deadline for considering the application is 3 business days.
REFUND POLICY
We believe in long term relationships and we want all our members to be happy and satisfied with their membership subscriptions and product purchases made from this site. At a glance: we want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us and thus have you come back in the future. Our existing customers are our best potential new customers. When you purchase a membership subscription or product from us for the first time, it's automatically backed-up by our 14 day 100% satisfaction refund policy. If you are not happy with your first-time purchase, just let us know and we will refund your purchase.
So, if you just purchased a membership subscription or product from us for the very first time and its been less than 14 days from purchase time and you are not 100% happy with your purchase, then us a e-mail or private message (after logging in) with the following information:
- payment receipt information (payment date, and payment method used, including Paypal email if applicable)
- reason you are not happy (as we really want improve our offerings, we need to understand what are short-comings are)
Once this information is received we will either fully satisfy your concerns or refund your purchase.
That's it - we either satisfy your concerns or we give you your money back.
Refund will be made not later than 14 calendar days in the same manner in which the payment was made for the product:
If the payment was made through PayPal service charge will be refunded to your PayPal account.
If the payment was made through Stripe service or bank account charge will be paid to the bank account from which the payment has been made.
We are not liable for failure or the delay of refund if it happened as a result of the Customer submitting incorrect personal data or an incorrect bank account number.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected.
- Refund is not applicable after 14 days from the date of the purchase.
- Refund amount is equal to the paid amount for a product.
- Refund is not applicable to products renewals.
- Refund is applicable for PayPal & Stripe and direct bank accounts payment only.
- The refund would be denied in abuse cases, with abnormally high numbers of downloads within the 14 days. If a customer keeps buying products and asks for refund each time, then re-signup with other user details and repeat the same. Also, customers who buy downloadable products, then download many products and ask for the refund will NOT eligible for a refund.
- Refund is not applicable to custom services like installation service or the product customization, the individual correction already done and accepted.
Client being a consumer who buys the product, except as provided above shall have the right, without giving any reason and at no cost to withdraw from the contract sales of products purchased in the store within 14 days from the date of the contract.
SECURITY
All payment related transactions and handling of sensitive data transmissions (credit card data, etc.) take place using the SSL protocol. Our server is scanned daily by antivirus.
OPERATION
Pulseofart.com (and subdomains) are operated in Poland. These terms of services and private policy and the use of this website and sales are governed by laws of Poland and UE.
